With over two dozen trained peers in Critical Incident Stress Management, our team of volunteers are a phone call away to provide 100% confidential and anonymous services (with the exception of mandated reporting) for you or your personnel.
One on One Meet-up or Call
We are normal people who are constantly exposed to abnormal situations.
If there are calls that may not be sitting well with you, or if life is presenting challenges, we are here for you 24 hours a day, 365 days a year for you.
Diffusions
If a Critical Incident has just occurred and you need trained Critical Incident Responders to come check-in on affected personnel, we are a call away.
Debriefings
With the help of our Clinicians who specialize in First Responder trauma, our team has performed countless debriefings.
Debriefings held within 48-72 hours of a Critical Incident have been shown to mitigate the effects of the trauma endured by the personnel involved in the event.

With over two dozen current and former 911 Emergency Telecommunicators on our team, we exemplify the motto of the Massachusetts Peer Support Network by being "Peer Driven and Clinically Supported".
